It will also feature advanced alerting systems and live-fire training facilities to prepare crews for real-world emergencies.

“This One Protective Service Campus represents an important step forward for community safety in Kelowna,” said Scott Benoit, Director of Project Development at Clark Builders. “With dedicated facilities for both fire and rescue services, the campus will strengthen emergency response, enhance regional coordination, and deliver long-term value for the city and the entire Central Okanagan Region.”

Clark Builders, known for its relationship-driven approach and commitment to safety and sustainability, continues to serve institutional, commercial, and industrial clients across Western and Northern Canada.
