HGA has welcomed David Reyff, AIA, as Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager in the Public | Corporate practice group in Minneapolis.

In this leadership role, he will focus on HGA’s work in the federal government sector to provide innovative solutions for major agencies, including the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

“We are excited about the expertise David brings to HGA, positioning us to excel in federal work,” said Josh Stowers, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, Government Market Sector Leader. “His strategic insight leading high-profile federal projects enhances HGA’s portfolio and supports our commitment to excellence and client-focused delivery.”

Reyff has more than 20 years of experience in design and construction, bringing the client’s perspective to his role with expertise in integrated project delivery, critical path scheduling, cost negotiations, and client-contractor relations. He has a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.

Before joining HGA, Reyff was the Design & Construction Director for GSA Region 7 in Fort Worth, Texas, since 2010, where he led a division of 40 professionals, driving the successful delivery of complex projects, including LEED-certified courthouses and intelligence centers.

“I am thrilled to join such a talented team of professionals and align my background with HGA’s commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration on behalf of our clients,” Reyff said. “I look forward to leveraging my past experience navigating the complexities inherent with federal projects to ensure that HGA continues to be considered a best-in-class partner for our government clients and industry peers.”
