HGA has welcomed David Reyff, AIA, as Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager in the Public | Corporate practice group in Minneapolis.
In this leadership role, he will focus on HGA’s work in the federal government sector to provide innovative solutions for major agencies, including the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Reyff has more than 20 years of experience in design and construction, bringing the client’s perspective to his role with expertise in integrated project delivery, critical path scheduling, cost negotiations, and client-contractor relations. He has a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
Before joining HGA, Reyff was the Design & Construction Director for GSA Region 7 in Fort Worth, Texas, since 2010, where he led a division of 40 professionals, driving the successful delivery of complex projects, including LEED-certified courthouses and intelligence centers.
