MEMPHIS, Tenn.—Engineering, architecture, and planning firm A2H has acquired Collierville-based SpiritArchitecture Group, effective July 1, 2026. The move expands A2H’s local presence and strengthens its justice practice by integrating Spirit’s specialized expertise in planning, programming, and designing justice facilities.
“We have long admired Spirit’s work, and this acquisition strengthens our justice practice while expanding what we can offer our clients more broadly,” said A2H President Logan Meeks, PE. “We have collaborated with the Spirit team for over 25 years, and we share a deep commitment to our clients and the communities we serve.”
The acquisition unites Spirit’s focused design skills with A2H’s comprehensive engineering and architecture resources. Having previously partnered on more than 100 justice projects valued at over $1.5 billion across five states, the combined team is positioned to take on larger, more complex regional assignments.

All Spirit employees have transitioned to A2H and continue operating out of the Collierville office on the historic town square. Beyond justice architecture, the deal broadens A2H’s footprint across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, building on Spirit’s established regional client relationships.
“Spirit’s local relationships and understanding of the regional markets remain central to our work,” said A2H Director of Justice Architecture Scott Rozanski, AIA. “Now, those clients can draw on a deeper bench of architecture and engineering resources as their needs grow.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1980 and 1986 respectively, Spirit and A2H will continue focusing on client continuity, system integration, and expanded market growth throughout the South.
